By submitting an advertisement on MindSwarm, you agree to these Advertising Terms of Service in addition to the platform's general Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Advertising
The following types of advertisements are permitted:
- Businesses and services
- Your own posts, profile, or content on MindSwarm
- Websites and web applications
- Cryptocurrency tokens and blockchain projects
- Products or items for sale
- Events, communities, and groups
- Software, tools, and digital products
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited in advertisements:
- Pornography or sexually explicit material
- Gold scams, advance-fee fraud, or financial fraud schemes
- Illegal goods or services including drugs, weapons, stolen property
- Deceptive or misleading claims including fake testimonials or guaranteed returns
- Malware, phishing, or scam links
- Content promoting violence
- Impersonation of other brands, people, or organizations
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing recruitment
4. Review and Approval
- All advertisements are subject to review by MindSwarm administrators before activation.
- Ads may also be reviewed by AI moderation systems.
- MindSwarm reserves the right to reject any advertisement for any reason.
- Approval of an ad does not constitute endorsement of its content.
5. Termination and Refunds
- MindSwarm may terminate any active advertisement at any time if it is found to violate these terms.
- Terminated ads will not receive a refund, regardless of remaining duration.
- Advertisers may voluntarily deactivate their own ads at any time, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
- Repeated violations may result in the advertiser's account being banned from the advertising system.
6. Payment
- Ad payments are made in cryptocurrency and are final upon confirmation.
- Pricing is set by platform administrators and may change at any time.
- Free promotional periods may be offered at the platform's discretion.
7. Liability
Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements and any claims made therein. MindSwarm is not liable for any damages arising from advertisements displayed on the platform.
8. Changes
MindSwarm may update these advertising terms at any time. Continued use of the advertising system constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
